Summary:To provide a load sensor that enables correction by a temperature in a simpler method.SOLUTION: The load sensor comprises: a strain amount detecting unit 4 such as a first strain gauge 41 and a second strain gauge 42 for detecting the strain amount in each axial direction acting on an elastic portion 3 which is provided between openings 25 of a drive plate 2; and a temperature detecting unit 5 for detecting an external temperature provided on the elastic portion 3, wherein a load based on the strain amount in each axial direction detected by the strain amount detection unit 4 and a temperature detected by the temperature detection unit 5 are used as input values, and a load in each axial direction corrected by using a determinant of Equation 2 is calculated and output.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】より簡単な方法で温度による補正を行えるようにした荷重センサーを提供する。【解決手段】ドライブプレート2の開口部25の間に設けられた起歪部3に作用する各軸方向のひずみ量を検出する第一ひずみゲージ41や第二ひずみゲージ42などのひずみ量検出部4を設けるとともに、この起歪部3に外部温度を検出する温度検出部5を設ける。そして、前記ひずみ量検出部4で検出された各軸方向のひずみ量に基づく荷重と、前記温度検出部5で検出された温度とを入力値とし、数2の行列式を用いて補正された各軸方向の荷重を演算して出力する。【選択図】図5
