Summary:To provide a soil sampling method of a ground improvement portion and a device of the same for sampling a soil sample utilizing a vertical hole used in soil improvement without digging a new vertical hole at a sampling position.SOLUTION: After a chemical liquid is injected into a ground improvement portion R, while the chemical liquid is not solidified and the ground improvement portion R keeps fluidity, a flexible sampling pipe 22 is inserted into a borehole H drilled for injecting the chemical liquid. A tip portion of the sampling pipe 22 is bent in a direction crossing the borehole H, to be made to enter the ground improvement portion R with fluidity. A sampling port of the sampling pipe 22 entering the ground improvement portion R is opened, and soil in the ground improvement portion R is made to enter a sample storage portion inside the sampling pipe 22. Then, in a state where the sampling port is closed, the sampling pipe 22 is pulled back to aboveground side and soil in the sample storage portion is taken out.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】試料採取位置に新たに縦孔を掘ることなく、土壌改良に使用した縦孔を利用して土壌試料を採取する地盤改良部分の土壌試料採取方法およびその装置を提供する。【解決手段】地盤改良部分Rに薬液を注入した後、薬液が固化せずに地盤改良部分Rが流動性を有している間に、薬液の注入のために掘削したボーリング孔H内に、可撓性のある採取管22を挿入するとともに、採取管22の先端部をボーリング孔Hに対して交差する方向に曲げて流動性のある地盤改良部分Rに進入させ、地盤改良部分Rに進入した採取管22の採取口を開いて地盤改良部分Rの土壌を採取管22の内部の試料収容部に侵入させ、ついで採取口を閉じた状態で採取管22を地上側に引き戻して試料収容部の土壌を取り出す。【選択図】図1
