To provide a vehicle air conditioner diagnosis device and a method for the same by which diagnoses for each of failure sorts of vehicle air conditioner devices can be done.SOLUTION: In this embodiment, a diagnostic system for a vehicle air conditioner comprises a first storing part, a model learning part and a diagnostic part. The first storing part stores failure simulation data corresponding to failure sorts of vehicle air conditioners. The model learning part learns a machine learning category model by supervised learning, to output information of failure sorts corresponding to the failure simulation data, using the failure simulation data.
