Summary: | To provide a crusher where the position of an immobile tooth is adjustable, uncrushable matter is discharged by moving the immobile tooth in the abnormal condition of crush delaying, a crushable condition is restored and the condition of properly crushing a crushing object can be surely maintained.SOLUTION: In a crusher,: a plurality of immobile teeth 11 are arranged; an immobile tooth positioning at a lower part is attached to a movable frame 16 tiltable to a body frame 10; a fluid pressure cylinder 17 moving the movable frame 16 is arranged; the movable frame 16 and the immobile tooth 11 are displaced with the fluid pressure cylinder 17 and a distance between the immobile tooth 11 and a moving tooth 12 is enlarged; a clearance is extended by moving the movable frame 16 and the immobile tooth 11 in the abnormal condition of crush delaying; crushing can be restarted by discharging uncrushable matter; and reliability can be ensured since a simple mechanism can cope with an abnormal condition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 不動歯を位置調整可能とし、破砕が滞る異常時には不動歯を動かして破砕不能物を排出し、破砕可能な状態に復帰させられ、破砕対象物を適切に破砕する状態を確実に維持できる破砕装置を提供する。【解決手段】 不動歯11を複数設け、下部に位置する不動歯を本体フレーム10に対し傾動可能な可動フレーム16に取り付け、この可動フレーム16を動かす流体圧シリンダ17を設けて、流体圧シリンダ17で可動フレーム16及び不動歯11を変位させ、不動歯11と動歯12の間隔を大きく変化させられることから、破砕が滞るなど異常な状態となった場合に、可動フレーム16及び不動歯11を動かして隙間を広げ、破砕不能物を排出して破砕を再開できることとなり、異常状態にも簡略な機構で対応可能として信頼性を確保できる。【選択図】 図1 |
