To provide a film for patch support which is excellent in the medicine barrier property and extensibility and secures the strength as a support and the high level of printability for improving the appearance as a patch while suppressing the time and effort and cost in manufacture, and also provide a laminate using the same, and a patch.SOLUTION: There is provided a film 1 for patch support with a medicine barrier property in which an adhesive layer 6 can be arranged on one surface side. The film 1 has an uneven structure 4 in which a recess 2A and a protrusion 2B are repeated along the surface. In the uneven structure 4, the difference of elevation between the recess 2A and the protrusion 2B is larger than the thickness of the film 1, the flat portion area ratio on the surface (the outer area of the film for patch support) regarding the total thickness regulation of the film 1 for patch support on the other surface opposite to the surface provided with the adhesive layer 6 is within a range of 20 to 85%, and the total thickness of the film 1 for patch support is within a range between 20 μm and 450 μm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】製造時の手間やコストを抑えつつ、薬剤バリア性と伸び性が良好であり、支持体としての強度及び貼付剤としての体裁を整えるための印刷適性の高さを確保した貼付剤支持体用フィルム、及びこれを用いた積層体、貼付剤を提供する。【解決手段】粘着剤層６を一方の面側に配置可能な薬剤バリア性を有する貼付剤支持体用フィルム１である。フィルム１は、面に沿って凹部２Ａと凸部２Ｂを繰り返す凹凸構造４を有す。凹凸構造４は、凹部２Ａと凸部２Ｂとの高低差がフィルム１の膜厚よりも大きく、粘着剤層６が設けられる面と反対の面の他方の面における、貼付剤支持体用フィルム１の総厚規定に関わる面の平坦部面積率（対貼付剤支持体用フィルム外形面積）が２０〜８５％の範囲にあり貼付剤支持体用フィルム１の総厚が、２０μｍ以上４５０μｍ以下の範囲である。【選択図】図１
