To provide an electric mechanism of a seat rail which can prevent occurrence of abnormal noise effectively.SOLUTION: An electric mechanism of a seat rail according to the invention includes a front bracket 1b, a rear bracket 1a, a gear assembly, a lead screw 3, and a cushioning member 2. The front bracket 1b and the rear bracket 1a are separated from each other and fixed to an outer rail 8b. The gear assembly is driven by a driving device, is fixed to an inner rail 8a of the seat rail, and engages with the lead screw 3.
