To provide an electric motor control device which can suppress a torque ripple also when electrical characteristics of an electric motor has an error or a variation.SOLUTION: The electric motor control device is provided with: a base current command generation part 1 which outputs a d-axis base current command and a q-axis base current command for causing an electric motor 7 having saliency to output a basic torque; a position dependency component generation part 101 which outputs a position dependency component of the electric motor according to a rotational position of the electric motor; a current correction command operation part 103 which calculates a d-axis current correction command and a q-axis current correction command from the d-axis base current command, the q-axis base current command and the position dependency component; a current correction command superposition part 2 which superposes the d-axis current correction command and the q-axis current correction command onto the d-axis base current command and the q-axis base current command to generate a d-axis current command and a q-axis current command; and a current control part 3 which controls electric current which is allowed to pass through the electric motor 7 via an inverter 6 based on the d-axis current command and the q-axis current command.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】電動機の電気的特性が誤差あるいはばらつきを持つ場合においてもトルクリップルを抑制することができる電動機制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】突極性を有する電動機７に基本的なトルクを出力させるためのｄ軸基本電流指令およびｑ軸基本電流指令を出力する基本電流指令生成部１と、電動機の回転位置に応じて電動機の位置依存成分を出力する位置依存成分生成部１０１と、ｄ軸基本電流指令とｑ軸基本電流指令と位置依存成分からｄ軸電流補正指令およびｑ軸電流補正指令を演算する電流補正指令演算部１０３と、ｄ軸基本電流指令およびｑ軸基本電流指令にｄ軸電流補正指令およびｑ軸電流補正指令を重畳しｄ軸電流指令およびｑ軸電流指令を生成する電流補正指令重畳部２と、ｄ軸電流指令とｑ軸電流指令に基づいてインバータ６を介して電動機７に流す電流を制御する電流制御部３を備えている。【選択図】図１
