To provide a pile head cap and a foundation structure for which on-site work such as welding steel plates for pile heads is not required.SOLUTION: A pile head cap 1 comprises: a steel plate part 11; and a plurality of protrusions 12 that protrude downward from the bottom surface of the steel plate part 11, and that face the inner circumferential surface of a pile head 51 on the upper edge side while the pile head 51 of a steel pipe pile 5 is covered with the pile head cap 1 from above.
