To provide a decorative sheet having both sufficient surface hardness and processing suitability while using an environment-friendly biomass polyethylene resin, and a decorative member using the same.SOLUTION: There is provided a decorative sheet 9 in which a transparent thermoplastic resin layer 4 having an uneven part 7 formed thereon through a transparent adhesive resin layer 3 and a surface protective layer 5 are layered in this order on a pattern layer surface of a colored thermoplastic resin layer 1 having the pattern layer 2 printed and formed thereon, in which the transparent thermoplastic resin layer is composed of a resin composition obtained by blending 20 mass% or more and 60 mass% or less of a biomass low density polyethylene resin and 40 mass% or more and 80 mass% or less of a biomass high density polyethylene resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】本発明の解決しようとする課題は、環境に優しいバイオマスポリエチレン樹脂を用いながら、十分な表面硬度と加工適性を兼ね備えた化粧シート及びこれを用いた化粧部材を提案することである。【解決手段】表面に絵柄層２を印刷形成した着色熱可塑性樹脂層１の前記絵柄層面に、透明な接着性樹脂層３を介して表面に凹凸部７が形成された透明熱可塑性樹脂層４と表面保護層５がこの順序に積層された化粧シート９であって、前記透明熱可塑性樹脂層は２０質量％以上６０質量％以下のバイオマス低密度ポリエチレン樹脂と４０質量％以上８０質量％以下のバイオマス高密度ポリエチレン樹脂がブレンドされた樹脂組成物からなるものであることを特徴とする化粧シートである。【選択図】図１
