Summary: | To avoid the increase in the size of an electric steering lock device comprising: a lock member; a gear which is rotationally driven with an electric motor; a cam member which is interlocked and connected with the gear so as to move the lock member; a switch which detects the operating position of the cam member; and a relay member which is interposed between the cam member and the switch so as to be able to change the switching mode of the switch in accordance with the operation of the cam member.SOLUTION: A gear 51 and a cam member 52 which is formed to be smaller in the radial direction than the gear 51 are rotatably supported by a support shaft arranged on the lateral side of a lock member 25 in an interlockingly rotatable manner. A lock member driving part 85 for moving the lock member from the unlock position to the lock position, a relay member driving part 108 for driving the relay member, and a regulation object part 89 which can be brought into contact with a stationary rotation regulation part so as to regulate the rotation ends of the gear 51 and the cam member 52 are integrally provided in the cam member 52.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
【課題】ロック部材と、電動モータで回転駆動されるギヤと、ロック部材を移動させるようにしてギヤに連動、連結されるカム部材と、カム部材の作動位置を検出するスイッチと、カム部材の作動に応じてスイッチのスイッチング態様を変化させることを可能としてカム部材およびスイッチ間に介装される中継部材とを備える電動ステアリングロック装置において、大型化を回避可能とする。【解決手段】ロック部材25の側方に配置される支軸に、ギヤ51と、ギヤ51よりも径方向で小さく形成されるカム部材52とが連動して回動するようにして回動可能に支持され、カム部材52に、ロック部材をアンロック位置から前記ロック位置に移動させるためのロック部材駆動部85と、中継部材を駆動する中継部材駆動部108と、ギヤ51およびカム部材52の回動端を規制するようにして固定の回動規制部に当接可能な被規制部89とが一体に設けられる。【選択図】 図10 |
