To provide a neutralization treatment device capable of exhibiting anti-bacterial and anti-mold effects for an extended period of time.SOLUTION: A neutralization treatment device includes: an introduction port of an untreated liquid; a treatment tank which subjects the untreated liquid to neutralization treatment and converts the neutralized untreated liquid into a treated liquid; and a discharge port of the treated liquid, wherein the treatment tank has: an accumulation part chamber that can accumulate the untreated liquid with partition walls extending from an inner surface of the treatment tank and/or a bottom surface thereof; and a non-accumulation part chamber other than the accumulation part chamber.
