Summary:To provide a technology that can monitor the failure occurrence status of a wireless base station more efficiently than before.SOLUTION: A fault monitoring system 400 includes a station interruption counter that aggregates alarm information of a radio base station for each frequency (band) on the basis of integrated alarm information, and a site interruption counter function priority determination unit and a work assignment unit aggregate alarm information of the radio base station for each installation location. The priority determination unit automatically determines the recovery priority for each radio base station in which a failure has occurred, on the basis of a weighting table or the like. The work assignment unit automatically assigns a maintenance company and a work team that can handle the site in order from the wireless base station with the highest recovery priority.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】従来に比して効率的に無線基地局の障害発生状況を監視することが可能な技術を提供する。【解決手段】障害監視システム400は、統合アラーム情報をもとに、周波数(帯域)単位での無線基地局のアラーム情報を集計する局断カウンタ、設置場所単位での無線基地局のアラーム情報を集計するサイト断カウンタ機能優先度判別部及び作業アサイン部を有する。優先度判別部は、障害が発生している各無線基地局について、重み付けテーブルなどに基づき、復旧優先度を自動判別する。作業アサイン部は、復旧優先度が高い無線基地局から順番に、保全会社や現地対応可能な作業班の自動アサインを行う。【選択図】図4
