Summary:To provide an optical element equipped with an easy-to-see mark regardless of lighting conditions.SOLUTION: Disclosed is an optical element which is equipped with a mark constituted of uneven shapes. When viewed from a normal direction of the surface on which the uneven shapes are provided, the boundary between a convex part and a concave part is oriented in a plurality of directions. Accordingly, achievement of the mark with good visibility is possible regardless of the lighting conditions.
