To provide a hot water supply adapter for a bathtub capable of securing performance of a thick filter body for a long term.SOLUTION: A hot water supply adapter for a bathtub has: a nozzle member that is installed inside a bathtub via a protrusion part inside the bathtub that is assembled to a wall part of the bathtub in a penetrating state, and that sucks hot water and supplies it to the outside of the bathtub; a filter body that filters impurities contained in bathtub water; and a filter case in which an inflow hole and an outflow hole for bathtub water are formed and the outflow hole side is connected to the nozzle member. The filter body has: an inflow surface into which the bathtub water before filtration flows; an outflow surface that has a normal line that is substantially parallel to or at a predetermined angle with respect to the normal line of the inflow surface, and that secures a path at a predetermined distance from the inflow surface and allows the bathtub water to flow out; and an intermediate surface where the shape of the filter body is defined by the inflow surface, outflow surface and intermediate surface. The filter case comprises a first inflow hole corresponding to the inflow surface, an outflow hole corresponding to the outflow surface, and a second inflow hole corresponding to the intermediate surface.
