To provide a vehicle center floor structure which enables reduction of its weight and manufacturing costs by a battery upper case being integrally coupled to a center floor of a vehicle.SOLUTION: A vehicle center floor structure includes: a center floor panel 11 having an opening 11a and a periphery part which limits the opening; and a battery assembly 60 which is attached below the center floor panel and covers the opening of the center floor panel. The opening is formed at a center part of the center floor panel and the periphery part has a flat plate structure. The battery assembly includes a battery upper case 62 facing the opening.
