Summary: | To provide a thermostat device capable of reducing water flow resistance due to a thermo motion unit and a frame support part housed in a housing, and reducing pressure loss in a circulation path.SOLUTION: A thermostat device includes: a control valve 2c opening/closing a circulation path in a housing 3 on the basis of expansion/contraction of a thermal expansion body in a thermo element 2a; a spring member 2d energizing the control valve in a valve closing direction; and a spring receiver frame 2g receiving an end part of the spring member. Due to that the spring receiver frame is locked to a frame support part 3i formed in the circulation path in the housing, a thermo motion unit 2 is incorporated in the housing. A rectification part 3j for inhibiting collision of water flow of cooling water by bypassing a flow channel of cooling water heading to the frame support part and the spring receiver frame is arranged at an upstream side of flow of cooling water in the frame support part 3i.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ハウジング内に収容されるサーモ動作ユニットやフレーム支持部による通水抵抗を低減し、流通路内における圧力損失を軽減することができるサーモスタット装置を提供すること。【解決手段】サーモエレメント2aにおける熱膨張体の膨張・収縮に基づいてハウジング3内の流通路を開閉する制御バルブ2cと、制御バルブを閉弁する方向に付勢するばね部材2dと、ばね部材の端部を受けるばね受けフレーム2gとが備えられ、ばね受けフレームが、ハウジングの流通路内に形成されたフレーム支持部3iに係止されることで、サーモ動作ユニット2がハウジング内に組み込まれている。フレーム支持部3iにおける冷却水の流れの上流側には、フレーム支持部とばね受けフレームに向かう冷却水の流路を迂回させて、冷却水の水流の衝突を阻止する整流部3jが配置されている。【選択図】図1 |
