Summary: | To provide a steel pipe sheet pile having no joint at a bottom and which can be connected to each other and placed with little effort without using a jig.SOLUTION: A steel pipe sheet pile 1 comprises a sheet pile body 2 made of a steel pipe, two joints 3, 3 provided on both sides of an upper part of the sheet pile body 2, and two guided members 4, 4 provided on both sides of a lower part of the sheet pile body 2. The joint 3 is a PP type joint formed of a steel pipe. The guided member 4 has a contact part 14 formed of a steel pipe that is continuously fixed to the joint 3 in the axial direction and has a diameter larger than that of the joint 3, and a fixing part 15 for fixing the contact part 14 to the sheet pile body 2. The contact part 14 has an axially extending opening with a width smaller than the diameter of the joint 3. When placed adjacent to a previously placed steel pipe sheet pile, the steel pipe sheet pile 1 is guided by fitting the contact part 14 of the guided member 4 to the joint of the preceding steel pipe sheet pile, and then the joint 3 is fitted and connected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】下部に継手の無い鋼管矢板であって、治具を用いることなく、少ない手間により、互いを連結して打設することができる鋼管矢板を提供する。【解決手段】鋼管矢板1は、鋼管で形成された矢板本体2と、矢板本体2の上部の両側に設けられた2つの継手3,3と、矢板本体2の下部の両側に設けられた2つの被案内部材4,4を備える。継手3は鋼管で形成されたP−P型継手である。被案内部材4は、軸方向に継手3に連続して固定され、継手3よりも大きい直径を有する鋼管で形成された接触部14と、この接触部14を矢板本体2に固定する固定部15を有する。接触部14は、継手3の直径よりも小さい幅で軸方向に延在する開口を有する。鋼管矢板1は、先行して打設された鋼管矢板に隣接して打設されるとき、先行する鋼管矢板の継手に被案内部材4の接触部14が嵌合して案内された後、継手3が嵌合して連結される。【選択図】図1 |
