Summary:To properly improve the operability of the cruise control of a vehicle which can set one pedal mode to a control mode.SOLUTION: In a control device of a vehicle, in normal traveling control, a normal mode in which a normal characteristic in which a target brake drive force corresponding to an accelerator opening is located at a drive side over the whole area of an accelerator opening is used as an accelerator opening characteristic, and one pedal mode in which one pedal characteristic in which the target brake drive force corresponding to the accelerator opening is transited to a drive side from a brake side accompanied by an increase of the accelerator opening is used as the accelerator opening characteristic can be switched with respect to each other as a control mode. When one pedal mode is set as the control mode in normal traveling control in cruise control, an intermediate characteristic in which the target brake drive force corresponding to the accelerator opening is larger than one pedal characteristic over the whole are of the accelerator opening, and smaller than a normal characteristic is used as an overdrive accelerator opening characteristic.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】1ペダルモードを制御モードとして設定可能な車両のクルーズコントロールにおける操作性を適切に向上させることを可能とする。【解決手段】通常走行制御において、アクセル開度と対応する目標制駆動力がアクセル開度の全域に亘って駆動側となっている通常特性をアクセル開度特性として用いる通常モードと、アクセル開度と対応する目標制駆動力がアクセル開度の増大に伴い制動側から駆動側に転じる1ペダル特性をアクセル開度特性として用いる1ペダルモードとを制御モードとして切り替えて実行可能であり、クルーズコントロールにおいて、通常走行制御における制御モードとして1ペダルモードが設定されている場合、オーバーライド用のアクセル開度特性として、アクセル開度と対応する目標制駆動力がアクセル開度の全域に亘って1ペダル特性より大きく、かつ、通常特性より小さくなっている中間特性を用いる車両の制御装置が提供される。【選択図】図4
