The housing 20 includes an annular cover joint 100 surrounding the controller 80. The cover joint 100 includes a stepped portion on a side surface of the housing 20. The stepped portion includes a first surface that faces in a radial direction, and an upward second surface that extends radially from a lower end of the first surface. The cover 60 includes a cylinder part 62 radially facing the first surface the cover joint 100.
