Summary:To provide a motor capable of fixing a permanent magnet without positional deviation while ensuring high productivity, and a hermetic electric compressor and a freezer with the same.SOLUTION: A motor has a positioning part 27 for fitting a permanent magnet 22 on the inner peripheral surface of a back yoke 21 of a rotor 18 and is constructed to fit the permanent magnet 22 on the positioning part 27 to position it. Thereby, the permanent magnet is regulated in its position by the positioning part on the inner peripheral surface of the back yoke and can be fixed at a regular position without positional deviation, and measurement of a fixation position of the magnet and positioning using a jig are not necessary, thus productivity is improved, and the loss of dynamic balance of the rotor caused by positional deviation of the permanent magnet can be prevented to suppress and reduce increase of rotation vibration.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】高い生産性を確保しつつ永久磁石を位置ずれすることなく固定することができる電動機とそれを用いた密閉型電動圧縮機、冷凍装置の提供。【解決手段】回転子18のバックヨーク21内周面に永久磁石22を嵌め込む位置決め部27を設け、この位置決め部27に永久磁石22を嵌め込んで位置決めする構成としてある。これにより、永久磁石はバックヨーク内周面の位置決め部によって位置規制され位置ずれすることなく正規の位置に固定でき、磁石固定位置を計測したり治具を用いて位置決めしたりする必要がなくなって生産性が向上するとともに、永久磁石の位置ずれにより生じる回転子の動バランス崩れを防止して回転振動の増加を抑制し低減することができる。【選択図】図3
