To suppress it from taking a longer time to make transition into a photography state or transition into a shut-down state when a photographic image is transferred to an external apparatus in response to meeting predetermined condition for powering-off.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a communication device that has an imaging section, and a storage section storing images obtained through imaging by the imaging part, and that further has a communication section for short-range radio communication with an external apparatus and a control section for transferring images stored in the storage section to the external apparatus in response to meeting conditions previously set to perform power-off processing.
