Summary:To improve communication reliability in a network, in which a plurality of devices are classified into a plurality of hierarchies, when communication irrelevant to the hierarchies and communication inside a hierarchy are performed through physical wiring.SOLUTION: Physical first wiring 501 is connected to an outdoor unit 110 and a first indoor unit 121, which are first layer devices, and physical second wiring 502 is connected to a second indoor unit 122 which is a second layer device. A first intermediate unit 150, which is a first intermediate device, includes a first filter 151 which is connected at all times to the first wiring 501 and the second wiring 502. The first intermediate unit 150 communicates with the outdoor unit 110 and the second indoor unit 122 using a first signal. The first filter 151 is installed in a manner easy to pass first high frequency signals used for communication between the outdoor unit 110 and the first indoor unit 121 and between the first intermediate unit 150 and the second indoor unit 122, and in a manner hard to pass a low frequency second signal used for communication between the first intermediate unit 150 and the second indoor unit 122.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】複数の機器が複数の階層に分類されたネットワークで階層に無関係な通信と階層内の通信を物理的な配線を通して行わせる場合において通信の信頼性を向上させる。【解決手段】物理的な第１配線５０１は、第１層機器である室外機１１０及び第１室内機１２１に接続され、物理的な第２配線５０２は、第２層機器である第２室内機１２２に接続されている。第１中間機器である第１中間ユニット１５０は、第１配線５０１と第２配線５０２とに常時接続されている第１フィルタ１５１を有する。第１中間ユニット１５０は、第１信号により室外機１１０及び第２室内機１２２と通信する。第１フィルタ１５１は、室外機１１０と第１室内機１２１と第１中間ユニット１５０と第２室内機１２２の間の通信に使用される高周波の第１信号を通しやすく且つ第１中間ユニット１５０と第２室内機１２２の間の通信に使用される低周波の第２信号を通し難くなるように設置されている。【選択図】図１
