【課題】チタン合金製滑り軸受における摺動面を高硬度化することにより、耐摩耗性を向上させて耐久性を向上させることである。【解決手段】チタン合金製の球面滑り軸受Aのチタン合金の再結晶組織からなる摺動面2に、プライマリα結晶粒とセカンダリα結晶粒が含まれており、結晶粒成長の抑制相として分散状態でプライマリα結晶粒を面積率1%以上で10%未満の範囲で含有させる。プライマリα結晶粒の「ピン止め効果」によってセカンダリα結晶粒を微小化して摺動面2の硬度を高める。【選択図】図1 |
