To provide a liquid circulation device which can inhibit metallic dust in a liquid from depositing in a heat exchanger and adjust a temperature of the liquid evenly, and to provide a tank.SOLUTION: A liquid circulation device for a machine tool includes: a tank (21) which has an introduction part (22a) and a lead-out part (25a) of a liquid and stores the liquid circulated between the tank (21) and a machine tool; and a heat exchanger (23) disposed within the tank (21). The tank (21) has a contraction part (211h) at which a cross sectional area of a passage of the liquid between the introduction part and the lead-out part is contracted in the middle of the passage.
