Summary:To enable suppression of deterioration of a battery.SOLUTION: An electrical power system comprises: a battery accumulating a power supplied to a driving motor that outputs a power transmitted to a driving wheel; a power incoming part connected to the battery and capable of receiving an external power transmitted from an external power supply; a load connected to the battery in parallel to the power incoming part; and a control device including a control part enabling an execution of a load driving mode that permits the driving of the load in a state where the power incoming part can receive the power.
