【課題】高容量のキャパシタ用電極を安定して提供する。【解決手段】キャパシタ10において、キャパシタ用電極2、3は、三次元網目構造を有する金属多孔体と、金属多孔体の空隙に充填された第1カーボンと、を含む。第1カーボンは、グラフェンを含む。グラフェンは、グラフェンシート積層体の平均積層数が、10層以下であり、グラフェンシート同士の層間距離がランダムに変化し、縮れ構造もしくは折りたたみ構造を有し、X線回折プロファイルから算出されるグラフェンの002面の面間距離が、0.338nm以上である。【選択図】図1 |
