To provide a document creating system regarding service for a work machine which can create a document in relation with a service for a trouble of the work machine.SOLUTION: A document creating system includes a storing unit 10, a display unit 20, an input unit 21 for inputting event information, an outputting unit 22 for acquiring, from the storing unit 10, a list of lower-level events corresponding to the input event information and a procedure thereof to output it in the display unit 20, an input and output storing unit 17 for storing the input event information and output procedure, a database 30 including work machine information and document information, and a document creating unit 31.
