To provide a saddle riding-type vehicle comprising a lid that is supported openably and closably at a rear side of a seat, which allows the lid accessible to the inside of the lid to be easily opened largely from a rear side and can be made compact.SOLUTION: The saddle riding-type vehicle comprises a seat 10 on which an occupant is seated and a lid 41 which is provided behind the seat 10 and is supported openably and closably.
