Summary:To prevent reaction torque from suddenly changing when a vehicle steering angle of a steer-by-wire system is steered to a steering end.SOLUTION: A steering control system includes a turning device configured to turn driving wheels, a reaction force generation device configured to apply reaction force to a steering wheel, and a control device. The control device includes a turning angle calculation unit configured to calculate a turning angle based on a first characteristic representing a magnitude relation of a steering angle to the turning angle, and a reaction torque calculation unit configured to calculate reaction force based on a second characteristic representing a magnitude relation of the reaction force to the steering angle. In response to a change of a state of a vehicle from a first state to a second state, the turning angle calculation unit changes the first characteristic from the characteristic corresponding to the first state to the characteristic corresponding to the second state. In addition, the reaction torque calculation unit maintains the second characteristic in the characteristic corresponding to the first state when the state of the vehicle changes from the first state to the second state at a steering end.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 【課題】ステアバイワイヤ方式の車両の操舵角が操舵エンドに操舵されているときに反力トルクが急変することを抑制する。【解決手段】操舵制御システムは、車輪を転舵する転舵装置と、ステアリングに反力トルクを付与する反力発生装置と、制御装置と、を備える。制御装置は、操舵角に対する転舵角の大きさの関係を表す第一特性に基づいて転舵角を演算する転舵角演算部と、操舵角に対する反力トルクの大きさの関係を表す第二特性に基づいて反力トルクを演算する反力トルク演算部と、を含む。転舵角演算部は、車両の状態が第一状態から第二状態に変化したことに応答して、第一特性を第一状態に対応した特性から第二状態に対応した特性へと変化させる。また、反力トルク演算部は、操舵エンドにおいて車両の状態が第一状態から第二状態に変化したときには、第二特性を第一状態に対応した特性のまま維持する。【選択図】図8
