Summary: | To provide a manufacturing method of a laminated panel material capable of achieving excellent strength and rigidity as well as excellent aesthetics by discharging unnecessary air inside.SOLUTION: There are manufactured: a first layer 1 made of fiber reinforced thermosetting resin; a second layer 2 made of fiber reinforced thermosetting resin bonded to the first layer 1 at the periphery; and a laminated panel material composed of a foam core layer 3 provided between the first layer 1 and the second layer 2. Specifically, a plurality of through holes 11 are formed in advance in a prepreg of the first layer 1. The prepreg of the first layer 1, the foam core layer 3 and the prepreg of the second layer 2 are laminated in this order and shaped to form a laminate. The laminate is pressurized while being heated in a mold, and the inside of the mold is evacuated to cure the fiber reinforced resin. An air inside the pair of prepregs, that is, in the foam core layer, is discharged to outside through the through holes 11, and the first layer 1 and the foam core layer 3 are reliably adhered to each other, and the second layer 2 and the foam core layer 3 are reliably adhered to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】 内部の不要な空気を排出することで優れた強度及び剛性並びに優れた美観を実現できる積層パネル材を製造する方法を提供する。【解決手段】 繊維強化熱硬化性樹脂製の第一層1、第一層1と周縁で接合される繊維強化熱硬化性樹脂製の第二層2、及び、第一層1と第二層2との間に設けられる発泡コア層3からなる積層パネル材が製造される。具体的には、第一層1のプリプレグには予め複数の貫通孔11が形成されている。第一層1のプリプレグ、発泡コア層3及び第二層2のプリプレグを順に積層して賦形し積層体を形成する。積層体を金型内で加熱しつつ加圧すると共に金型内を真空引きして繊維強化樹脂を硬化させる。一対のプリプレグの内部、即ち、発泡コア層内の空気が貫通孔11を通して外部に排出され、第一層1と発泡コア層3とを確実に密着させると共に、第二層2と発泡コア層3とを確実に密着させる。【選択図】図3 |
