Summary:To provide a vessel-type bowl manufacturing method, vessel-type bowl joining method, and vessel-type bowl, capable of improving appearance of a boundary part with a counter and reducing a joining work time at a construction site while inhibiting reduction in transportability.SOLUTION: The vessel-type bowl manufacturing method includes: a filling step of mounting a ceramic bowl body 12 on a base plane and filling a gap between the base plane and a lower end part 12d of a side face 12a of the bowl body with a filler 14; a side face formation step of leveling a lateral side of the filler to form, on the filler, a side face 14a including an upper end 14b continuing with the side face of the bowl body and a lower end 14c in contact with the base plane; a curing step of curing the filler to form a gap inhibition part from the filler, the gap inhibition part including a side face having an upper end continuing from the side face of the bowl body and a lower end linearly extending in a horizontal direction; and a separation step of separating the gap inhibition part from the base plane.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】搬送性の低下を抑制しつつ、カウンターとの境界部分の美観の向上及び施工現場での接合作業時間の短縮を実現できるベッセル式ボウルの製造方法、ベッセル式ボウルの接合方法、及びベッセル式ボウルを提供する。【解決手段】陶磁器製のボウル本体12を基準平面の上に載置し、ボウル本体の側面12aの下端部12dと基準平面との間の隙間に充填剤14を充填する充填工程と、充填剤の側方を均すことにより、ボウル本体の側面と連続した上端14bと、基準平面に接した下端14cと、を有する側面14aを充填剤に形成する側面形成工程と、充填剤を硬化させることにより、ボウル本体の側面と連続した上端と、水平方向に直線状に延びる下端と、を有する側面を有する隙間抑制部を充填剤から形成する硬化工程と、隙間抑制部を基準平面から分離させる分離工程と、を備えたことを特徴とするベッセル式ボウルの製造方法である。【選択図】図4
