Summary:To provide an electronic component manufacturing device capable of enlarging a length of a peeling start point.SOLUTION: A cut blade 4 includes a first side 4a, a second side 4b which is connected with the first side 4a at an acute angle, and a third side 4c which is connected with the second side 4b at an obtuse angle. When the cut blade 4 falls down and a blade tip 4E is brought into contact with a long green sheet 7, a first side initial angle XA which is an angle formed from a principal surface of a cut stage 3 and the first side 4a is 90° or larger and 91° or smaller.
