Summary:To provide a machine tool, a determination method and a computer program that are able to appropriately determine an amplification factor relating to the amplitude of an image signal.SOLUTION: In a machine tool, a control board 11 and a console panel 12 are fixed to the outside of a machine body that performs machine processing therein. A transmission line Lg connects the control board 11 and the console panel 12. A signal output unit 31 of the control board 11 outputs an image signal via the transmission line Lg. In the console panel 12, an equalizer 22 amplifies the amplitude of the image signal and outputs the image signal, whose amplitude has been amplified, to a display unit 20. The display unit 20 displays the image of the image signal.
