Abstract | To provide a device evaluation system and a device evaluation method capable of evaluating an air conditioner with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A device evaluation system 200 evaluates at least a first air conditioner 100A between the first air conditioner 100A and a second air conditioner 100B for performing air conditioning of a first space. The device evaluation system includes an evaluation part 212 for evaluating the first air conditioner, and an air conditioning control part 214 for controlling the second air conditioner. The evaluation part performs first evaluation processing for evaluating the first air conditioner on the basis of a first evaluation index obtained during first operation as first operation for evaluation performed when the first air conditioner is installed, and second evaluation processing for evaluating the first air conditioner on the basis of a first evaluation index obtained during second operation as first operation for evaluation performed after the first evaluation processing. The air conditioning control part operates the second air conditioner before at least one of the first operation and the second operation, and/or during at least one of the first operation and the second operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
