Abstract | To provide an article processing device which can align front and back sides of articles and feed them to a container.SOLUTION: Containers C are conveyed in multiple rows on a container conveyor 18. On an article conveyor 16 are conveyed articles M positioned and front-back oriented randomly. The positions and front and back sides of the articles M are determined by sensors 26A and 26B. According to the determined results based on the signals from the sensors 26A and 26B, the articles M of the article conveyor 16 are picked up by a robot 20 and fed to a container C or a turntable 30. The articles M of front state are fed into the container C, and the articles M of back state is fed to the container C after being inverted by the turntable 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
