Summary:To provide a digital PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) measurement device capable of highly accurately measuring a melting curve.SOLUTION: The digital PCR measurement device comprises: a temperature regulator which controls the temperature of a sample container including a plurality of micro regions; a fluorescence measurement unit which measures the fluorescence intensity of the plurality of micro regions; and a control unit which controls the temperature regulator and the fluorescence measurement unit. The control unit controls the temperature regulator to raise the temperature of the sample container and removes bubbles generated inside the sample container, and then measures the fluorescence intensity of the plurality of micro regions while controlling the temperature regulator to decrease the temperature of the sample container, and measures the melting curve of the plurality of micro regions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】高精度に融解曲線を計測可能なデジタルPCR計測装置を提供する。【解決手段】このデジタルPCR計測装置は、複数の微小領域を含む試料容器の温度を制御する温度調整器と、複数の微小領域の蛍光強度を計測する蛍光計測部と、温度調整器及び蛍光計測部を制御する制御部とを備える。制御部は、温度調整器を制御して試料容器の温度を上昇させ、試料容器内に生じる気泡を除去した後、温度調整器を制御して試料容器の温度を下降させながら複数の微小領域の蛍光強度を計測し、複数の微小領域の融解曲線を計測する。【選択図】図3
