The blower 22 sends air W into a housing 15. The plurality of electronic apparatuses 20 are arranged in the housing 15 and aligned in parallel in a second direction Y crossing a first direction X in which the air W flows. The derivation unit derives a pressure difference between a first pressure on the upstream side in the first direction X from the plurality of electronic apparatuses 20 and a second pressure on the downstream side in the first direction X from the plurality of electronic apparatuses 20 in the housing 15.
