To provide an electric driving device capable of suppressing damage of a bolt insertion portion without expanding a size and a weight of a whole device.SOLUTION: An electric driving device has a motor including a first housing having a first protruding portion protruding in a first direction and a second housing having a second protruding portion protruding in the first direction and arranged facing a second direction orthogonal to the first direction with respect to the first protruding portion.
