Summary:To provide a power conversion equipment which stably operates each semiconductor switching element forming a half-bridge circuit, and a transformer.SOLUTION: A power conversion equipment comprises a power inverter circuit which includes one or more half-bridge circuits connecting a first semiconductor switching element with a second semiconductor switching element in series, and a control power supply circuit which generates plural reference potentials as a control power supply using a transformer in which each winding of a primary winding (311), a first secondary winding (312a), and a second secondary winding (312b) is formed respectively on a wiring board (400) having plural wiring layers (502a - 502f).
