Summary:To provide a nonaqueous electrolyte solution which can improve the input and output characteristics of a secondary battery, especially the high-temperature service life and rate characteristic.SOLUTION: A nonaqueous electrolyte solution according to the present invention comprises: a solvated ionic liquid having sulfolane and/or a derivative thereof and an electrolytic salt; an appropriate low-viscosity organic solvent; and an appropriate negative electrode interface stabilizing material. The equilibrium vapor pressure of the low-viscosity organic solvent at a room temperature is 1 Pa or higher.
