Summary: | To provide a hot-air device capable of giving a temperature gradient in the longitudinal direction of a blowing port to hot-air blown out of the slit-shaped blowing port, and of making a volume of hot-air blown out of the blowing port uniform in the longitudinal direction thereof.SOLUTION: The hot-air device comprises a nozzle comprising slit-shaped blowing ports for blowing hot air, a pair of gas delivery units each delivering gas of a different temperature respectively, and a mixing chamber 23 that comprises first inflow holes 23c and second inflow holes 23d for the gas delivered from the respective gas delivery units to flow thereinto individually, and mixes the gas flowing from the first and the second inflow holes 23c, 23d to feed the same to the nozzle. The plurality of first inflow holes 23c and the plurality of second inflow holes 23d are formed along the direction approximately parallel to the longitudinal direction of the blowing ports. The opening area of the first inflow hole 23c disposed on one end in the aforementioned direction is smaller than that of the one disposed on the other end thereof, and the sum of the opening areas of the first inflow hole 23c and the second inflow hole 23d is approximately equal on each of the positions along the aforementioned direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】スリット状の吹出口から吹き出される温風に、該吹出口の長手方向における温度勾配を与え、かつ吹出口から吹き出される温風の量を該長手方向において均一にすることができる温風装置を提供する。【解決手段】温風装置は、温風を吹き出すスリット状の吹出口を有するノズルと、温度が異なる気体をそれぞれ送風する2つの送風部と、各送風部から送風された気体がそれぞれ各別に流入する第1流入孔23c及び第2流入孔23dを有し、第1及び第2流入孔23c,23dから流入した気体を混合し、前記ノズルへ供給する混合室23とを備える。第1流入孔23c及び第2流入孔23dは、前記吹出口の長手方向に略平行な方向に沿って各複数形成されており、第1流入孔23cの開口面積は前記方向の一端側の方が他端側に比べて小さく、前記方向に沿った各箇所における第1流入孔23cの開口面積と、第2流入孔23dの開口面積との和が略等しい。【選択図】図4 |
