Summary:To provide a production method of a fiber reinforced resin molded article and a mold that allows a resin to easily flow into between a fiber base material and an insert member.SOLUTION: A fiber reinforced resin molded article is produced by using a mold 1 comprising: a first mold 10 provided with a recess 11a into which an insert member 40 can be inserted, and a holding mechanism 20 capable of holding the insert member 40 in the recess 11a; a second mold 30 on which a fiber base material 50 can be disposed so as to face the insert member 40; the insert member 40; and the fiber base material 50. The mold 1 can be clamped while being provided with a gap L between the fiber base material 50 and the insert member 40. The gap L becomes a passage of a resin R to allow the resin R to easily flow into between the insert member 40 and the fiber base material 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】繊維基材とインサート部材との間に樹脂が流れ込みやすい繊維強化樹脂成形体の製造方法及び成形用金型とすること。【解決手段】インサート部材40を挿入可能な凹部11a、及び凹部11aにインサート部材40を保持可能な保持機構20を備える第1金型10と、インサート部材40に対向するように繊維基材50を配置可能な第2金型30と、インサート部材40と、繊維基材50と、を備えた成形用金型1を用いて、繊維強化樹脂成形体を製造する。成形用金型1は、繊維基材50とインサート部材40とに隙間Lを設けて型締めをすることが可能なものである。この隙間Lが樹脂Rの流路となり、インサート部材40と繊維基材50との間に樹脂Rが流れ込みやすくなる。【選択図】図2
