To provide an article acquisition game system that does not require procedures of prior registration, etc. while utilizing an advantage characteristic of an online game that can be played at any place.SOLUTION: An article acquisition game system includes: a main housing 10 equipped with a mechanism for acquiring an article placed in the housing by article acquisition means that a player operates; a satellite housing 20 installed in a store or the like at a place away from the main housing in which the player executes an operation of the article acquisition means; and an information processing device for executing an article acquisition game by causing the main housing and the satellite housing to cooperate with each other.
