Summary: | To provide a more reliable multilayer ceramic capacitor.SOLUTION: A multilayer ceramic capacitor 10 includes a laminate 20 in which a plurality of dielectric layers 17 and internal electrode layers 18 are alternately laminated, and cover layers 22 formed on both sides of the laminate 20 in the lamination direction. The cover layer 22 includes a plurality of pores 30. The plurality of pores 30 are oriented along a direction orthogonal to the stacking direction of the laminate 20. In addition, boron (B) is present in the peripheral region of the plurality of pores 30. The concentration of boron (B) decreases as the distance from the pore 30 increases.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
