Summary: | To provide a gas atomization burner nozzle capable of setting a temperature distribution in a furnace to a prescribed temperature distribution.SOLUTION: A gas atomization burner nozzle comprises a first nozzle part 4 an a second nozzle part 5. The first nozzle part comprises a cylindrical part 42 serving as a squirt passage 41 for circulating an atomized mixed fuel inside and a main squirt hole 43 for squirting the atomized mixed fuel circulating in the squirt passage 41 in a shaft center P direction of the squirt passage 41 at a tip of the squirt passage 41. The second nozzle part comprises a liquid fuel squirt hole 51 for squirting a liquid fuel to a base end of the squirt passage 41, and a gas fuel squirt hole 52 for squirting a gas fuel. A plurality of sub squirt holes 44 communicating with the squirt passage 41 are provided on a peripheral wall 42w of the cylindrical part 42 of the first nozzle part 4 in a state in which they are annularly arranged in a view of a shaft center P direction of the squirt passage along a shaft center P of the squirt passage 41. The more forward the shaft center Q of each of the plurality of sub squirt holes 44 is in the squirt passage shaft center P direction, the further the shaft center Q gets away from the shaft center P of the squirt passage 41 in the radial direction of the cylindrical part 42 in the state of being widened forward.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】炉内の温度分布を所定の温度分布に設定し得るガスアトマイズバーナノズルを提供する。【解決手段】内部を霧化混合燃料を通流させる噴出路41とする円筒状部42を有し、噴出路41の先端に、噴出路41を通流する霧化混合燃料を噴出路41の軸心P方向に噴出する主噴出孔43が設けられた第1ノズル部4と、噴出路41の基端に液体燃料を噴出する液体燃料噴出孔51、及び、ガス燃料を噴出するガス燃料噴出孔52が設けられた第2ノズル部5とを備え、第1ノズル部4の円筒状部42の周壁42wに、噴出路41に連通する複数の副噴出孔44が、噴出路41の軸心Pに沿う噴出路軸心P方向視で環状に並ぶ状態で設けられ、複数の副噴出孔44夫々の軸心Qが、噴出路軸心P方向の前方ほど噴出路41の軸心Pから円筒状部42の径方向に遠ざかる先拡がり状である。【選択図】図1 |
