Summary:To provide a high-reliability electric blower that is suppressed from breaking when in operation.SOLUTION: An electric blower 1 comprises: a shaft 8 supported rotatably; a rotor core 9 which is fitted to an outer periphery of the shaft 8, and having a plurality of magnetic poles; a pair of bearings 12a and 12b fitted to the outer periphery of the shaft 8; an impeller 11 fitted to the shaft 8 and generating negative pressure by rotating; a stator core 16 driving the rotor core 9; a frame 5 holding the stator core 16; and a housing 5b formed on the impeller 11 side of the frame 5, and holding the pair of bearings 12a and 12b.
