Summary:To provide an exhaust turbocharger having excellent drive efficiency of a turbine blade while allowing a swinging motion of a rotating shaft.SOLUTION: A rotating shaft 2 is rotatably held by a housing 3, and a turbine blade 1 is fixed to one end thereof. In the housing 3, a turbine scroll chamber 11, in which exhaust gas flows in the circumferential direction, is formed to surround the turbine blade 1, and an exhaust gas outlet hole 12 is opened in the direction of the rotation axis. The turbine blade 1 has a rearward extension portion 18 that enters the exhaust gas outlet hole 12, and a clearance 19 between the rearward extension portion 18 and the exhaust gas outlet hole 12 is expanded in the exhaust gas flow direction. With this, the rotating shaft 2 does not hit the exhaust gas outlet hole 12 even if the same swings, and as the clearance 19 is minimized at an inlet portion 20 of the exhaust gas outlet hole 12, driving efficiency of the turbine blade 1 can be improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】回転軸の振れ動きを許容しつつタービン翼の駆動効率に優れた排気ターボ過給機を提供する。【解決手段】回転軸2はハウジング3に回転自在に保持されており、一端部にタービン翼1が固定されている。ハウジング3には、排気ガス周方向に流れるタービンスクロール室11がタービン翼1を囲うように形成されていると共に、排気ガス出口穴12が回転軸心方向に向けて開口している。タービン翼1は、排気ガス出口穴12に入り込んだ後ろ向き延長部18を有しており、後ろ向き延長部18と排気ガス出口穴12との間のクリアランス19を、排気ガスの流れ方向に向けて拡大している。これにより、回転軸2は振れ動いても排気ガス出口穴12に当たることはないし、排気ガス出口穴12の入口部20においてクリアランス19は最小になっているため、タービン翼1の駆動能率を向上できる。【選択図】図2
