Summary: | To improve vibration followability of a width extending part with respect to a vibration arm part while sufficiently securing weight of the width extending part provided at an end of the vibration arm part.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric vibrating reed 6 is extensively provided with a pair of vibration arm parts 7 in a longitudinal direction from one end of a base part 8. Ends of the vibration arm parts 7 are extensively provided with width extending parts 71 composed of parallel parts 710 whose side surfaces in a width direction are parallel to each other and side surface tapered parts 711 whose width broadens toward the parallel parts 710 from the vibration arm parts 7. In the longitudinal direction of the vibration arm parts 7, grooves 72 extending to the parallel parts 710 are formed on the main surfaces (right and back surfaces), and on bottom surfaces of side end parts of the parallel parts 710 of the grooves 72, inclined bottom surface parts 721 inclined to the main surfaces are formed. The side surface tapered parts 711 and the inclined bottom surface parts 721 are formed so that at least a part of positions in the longitudinal direction overlap.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】振動腕部の先端に設けた拡幅部の重さを充分確保しつつ、振動腕部に対する拡幅部の振動追従性を向上する。【解決手段】圧電振動片6は、基部8の一端側から1対の振動腕部7が長手方向に延設されている。振動腕部7の先端には、幅方向の側面が互いに並行する平行部710と、振動腕部7から平行部710に向って幅が広がる側面テーパ部711で構成される拡幅部71が延設されている。振動腕部7の長手方向には、その主面(表裏面)に、平行部710まで伸びる溝部72が形成され、この溝部72の平行部710側端部の底面は主面に向けて傾斜する傾斜底面部721が形成されている。側面テーパ部711と傾斜底面部721は、長さ方向の位置が、少なくとも一部が重複するように形成される。【選択図】図1 |
