Summary:To provide an electronic device in which a leak current between a plurality of first electrodes is reduced and a leak current between the first electrode and a second electrode is reduced.SOLUTION: An electronic device according to the present disclosure includes a plurality of first electrodes, a second electrode, a functional layer arranged between the first electrode and the second electrode, and an insulating layer having an inclined portion on the first electrode, wherein the functional layer is continuously arranged so as to cover two adjacent first electrodes from among the plurality of first electrodes and the insulating layer covering each of the two first electrodes, and the layer thickness of the functional layer on the first electrode is smaller than the height from an upper surface of the first electrode to an upper surface of the insulating layer.
