To secure the safety at a construction site.SOLUTION: An alert output system (S) comprises: position information acquisition means (101) which acquires position information on a position of a worker at a construction site; detection means (102) which detects communication performed among workers; determination means (103) which determines whether or not there is a worker who does not have communication with a specific worker relating to a caution region at the construction site, in the caution region, on the basis of the position information and a detection result of the detection means (102); and output means (104) which issues a predetermined alert when it is determined that there is a worker who does not have communication with the specific worker in the caution region.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 【課題】施工現場における安全性を担保する。【解決手段】アラート出力システム（Ｓ）の位置情報取得手段（１０１）は、施工現場における作業員の位置に関する位置情報を取得する。検出手段（１０２）は、作業員同士で行われるコミュニケーションを検出する。判定手段（１０３）は、位置情報と検出手段（１０２）の検出結果とに基づいて、施工現場の要注意領域の中に、要注意領域に係る特定の作業員とコミュニケーションが取れていない作業員が存在するか否かを判定する。出力手段（１０４）は、要注意領域の中に特定の作業員とコミュニケーションが取れていない作業員が存在すると判定された場合に、所定のアラートを出力する。【選択図】図７
